With the New Year before us, it's a good time  to set our intentions.  Besides clearing out old things and belongings, it's always beneficial to clear out old habits, attachments, and feelings.

Choosing a positive attitude starts with purposefully making a space to receive.

Part of the forgiving process is being able to identify what it is that bothers or hurts you. Without trying to know how or why, try listening to your heart. What does it crave? Love from those who can't give it? Or recognition that you are already admired and adored by another? 

Listen, and then allow the thoughts to come forward. Mentally encase them in white, gold, or soft pink light. This creates a very real and deliberate molecular reality that encases these thoughts, permanently.

Consciously surrender your attachment, and visualize this bubble of light, along with your reactions, drifting away.

Never shame yourself for feeling vulnerable, emotional, or afraid. Instead know that these feelings are mere examples of what emotions you have ineffectively stored.

Be aware that when you have released your sensitive emotions and reactions, you have created a HUGE space to receive phenomenal experiences, rich abundance, and miraculous joy! The knack to doing this? STAY FOCUSED & IN ANTICPATION of the outcome!
