As many of you may know, I effortlessly hear poetic words and voices which I transcribe and share as angelic messages.  These profound words have definite personalities behind them. They are full of unconditional love, joy and reverence, yet they have a nonchalant, patient knowingness to them too.

It was because of hearing these inspiring words for many years that I decided to write my book. Know that any of us, at any time, can learn to quiet our minds, open our hearts, and receive our Divine Guidance.

Conditional thoughts, religious study, or required beliefs are not necessary. In fact, the less logic, the better.

Notice how rapidly this spiritual awareness is blossoming.

The  Secret book and DVD about metaphysical principles and the power of positive thought are spreading like wildfire. Psychic mediumship, clairvoyance, energy medicine, and many other ancient modalities have now become mainstream-- even Oprah recently featured psychics, metaphysical leaders, and doctors who promote alternative and energy medicine.

So know your instincts and insights have always guided you in the right direction-and realize the rest of the world is just now catching up!

Integrity, light, joy, love, purpose, and self-value and respect are only a few of the imminent traits that are evolving for the greater good. The truth has no opposite, and it will always make itself known. Your job, or responsibility, is only to recognize that all things are essentially provided for you. Your faith activates this conviction, and your awareness always leads you to trust. Yet, to master this, you must make the make the commitment to Receive.

  What does this mean? It means you have to ask-not just want, desire or whine-for the things and experiences that you want to have. How? By recognizing that you're worth it, and that you deserve it-always! (Need to be reminded? Read my book! J)

Angels constantly remind me that it is we who enforce the rules and conditions about how to receive. We think, "It'll be better when I lose weight, find a great job, get married, get divorced, move, bleach my hair, or get plastic surgery!"  Well, not exactly.

It'll get better when we first realize that is up to us to see our God-given divine worth: we already have dozens of great friends, relatives, angels and support around us all the time; our body works efficiently and perfectly with all of our belly rolls, chin whiskers, dark roots and cellulite; we are already admired, valued, cared for, listened to and respected-all of the time!  In order to really know this, we must take the time to create the intent to ask, which in turn will create intent to be answered.

Take a Note & Journal:

Take time to write down and acknowledge who you are-what kind of relative, friend or co-worker you are. What are your magnificent character and personality traits?

Describe your ideal relationship(s), romances, loves, desires, friends, boss, and co-workers. How do they make you feel? What do you enjoy about them, and they about you.  Remember, what you are thinking about is being created for you-literally!  And what you focus on is what you attract and experience-most definitely!

Taking the time to do simple steps like this is NOT futile! In fact, it is essential in attracting and creating the energy needed to make physical changes.

Also know it's OK to ask for help, guidance and advice.  Let yourself be open to new people and new experiences-ones where you can benefit and enjoy a reciprocal relationship of mutual respect and fulfillment. Otherwise, you will keep attracting the same situations over and over again.

Realize this: there comes a day when it becomes extremely obvious that you can no longer pretend-you can't surround yourself with negative people or situations any more. Therefore, give yourself the permission to request new and better relationships, because you are tired, compromised and burdened by the old ones.

Manifesting is easy - it is the most effortless thing the universe can do. However, receiving is what's difficult. We've brainwashed ourselves into only asking and thereby receiving only if we're sick, poor, rejected, or broken. Again, we created this mindset-and perpetuated it because we were taught to value scarcity, lack and limitation.

Receiving angels' words, divine guidance, dollars, homes, new jobs, opportunities, boyfriends, lovers, cats, dogs, healings, hand bags, cars, diamonds is... STILL RECEIVING!!!! Matter doesn't matter!  So as you receive-- the new handbag, dog, or designer sheets, the world resonates on a more pure, natural level where everyone consciously and subconsciously  realizes that they, too, can receive...food, clothing, shelter, medicine, money, education, peace, compassion, unity.....all because "receiving is receiving."
