How can I become more in tune with my psychic self? Answer: Practice visualization to soft music, nature sounds, or sit and meditate near water.
Any of these sounds create brain waves that can alter your perception and heighten your awareness. Also be in the present moment. Breathe. Relax. Allow yourself to receive. With practice, you’ll soon be able to recognize certain colors, auras and angelic feelings. Doing a daily visulization exercise, like those found in my e-workbook, also heighten your intuition.

Unfortunately, not everyone wants us to succeed— not even our family and friends.
People don’t realize that because many of us have been programmed to settle, fail, or think small, we just don’t know how to celebrate others’ victories. Sometimes even those we love can often sabotage our joy through projecting jealously, shame or guilt. They are the first to remind of us of what we’re doing wrong.
When this situation presents itself, remember that your success is bringing up subconscious issues in others, even your family. Remind yourself that these issues are not yours, nor are they for you to figure out, solve or accept. Try not to take what others say personally. It’s not really about you.
Your success is inevitable when you believe in yourself. Remember your recognition of your self-worth and value is priceless—and it anchors possibility for everyone. Use any frustration or disappointment as an opportunity to reaffirm what you believe in yourself. Stay focused on your joy, goals & dreams! You’ll be an inspiration to so many—especially for those who forgot how to dream!
You Already Have What it Takes to Succeed!
It’s true! Extraordinary results take vision, persistence and determination.
Why? Because whatever you really want in life is worth fighting for. Not the kind of fighting that overpowers someone else, but the kind that makes you stay the course. The kind your passion lives for.
All too often I see people give up too easily on their dreams. For them, it becomes easier to complain about what they don’t have rather than support their ideal vision. They continuously blame someone or something else for their lack of productivity. They digress, procrastinate, and ignore what’s inside. Often it becomes too difficult to sit down and write out a plan.
I know this to be true—been there, done that! I can be really good at self-sabotage…I think we all can. But I’ve learned to lighten up on myself and simply focus on one dream or goal at a time.
First of all, let me say this—you don’t need to know all of the answers. All you just need to know is that they’re available.
Taking to time to think, dream, and ask what it is you’d like to do, what you’d like to become, or what you’d like to contribute is imperative! Creating the intent to ask your subconscious mind, higher self, and/or divine team is tapping into the inspirational and intuitive world. We all have the solutions. They reside within us. However, it is up to us to continually ask, or prompt, our intuitive mind.
Know this: We are already connected to a rich, loving, unconditional, intelligent source that will guide us perfectly to the right people, right places and perfect circumstances if we allow it to happen.
Identifying ineffective behaviors and thoughts like blaming, judgment, rationalization or justification is a good place to start.
Catch yourself in this “reactionary” mode and remind yourself that this is “not true” or just realize “I no longer need to think this way.”
Invoke the power of the Universe by reminding yourself that your talents and virtues are always present and that you only to have ask what’s in your best interest to receive an answer.
Your answer may not be in the form of directions, sound bites or even logic. Most likely it will come out of the blue. But it will come, guaranteed, as intuitive knowing or a compulsive “Oh, I gotta do that!”
Realize that all inspiration is intuition!
Concede to that fact that you’re just as able as anyone else to produce, manifest, create or accomplish whatever you want!
Brush off the naysayers, negative obstacles, blamers and whiners and give yourself time and space to allow your imagination to flourish and grow.
Manifesting is not a magic trick. It’s a natural universal force that always lies within your heart. Love who you are, what you do, and what you want. Do this, and you’ll be there before you
know it!

“Begin! Start! Refresh! Now is the time to bury the hatchet. Everything that has brought you to this moment has an unveiled secret for you—of time and space and new dimension—of a new willingness to receive, to uncover truth, to know your purpose and to understand your mission. Divine love is not something to ascend to—it’s a part of who you already are. Many are just discovering this for the first time. Many have held this intention for others. Yet everyone has understood this moment to be different.
Throw away preconceived ideas of injustice, hurt, pain and intolerance. Instead, just allow yourself to bask in this new found freedom of delight, sharing your gifts, talents and virtues. You see, you weren’t put upon this planet to fight, scramble or protect yourself from harm, but rather value what you’ve always dreamed possible…light, abundance, tolerance, and peace. Hold this intention for just one second each day, and remember to let go of all mistakes. Forgive. Let go. It really won’t matter soon.
You are being cared for by angels’ hands. Dance! Rejoice! Reveal your hidden heart’s trust. Ask gently for your tears to be wiped away and see the magnificent sun start to come closer.
To manifest your ideas, to see profoundness take shape in a whole new way, breathe deep and realize that your superstitions were merely misplaced thoughts, blocking your joys and knowingness. This is your year to make a difference, in your life, in others, as well as energize the Universe with unlimited possibility! Marvel at the miracles you can create, and have fun while having them! It’s going to be revolutionary– in every sense of your imagination!
We are all blessed, right here, right now!
Celebrate your victory of becoming the divine perfection you were meant to be! Anchor this New Divine Reality and relish your awakening. As promised, your ideas, love and purpose will come back you!

Wow! I was a busy socialite this past month! I had a terrific time meeting Marie Diamond, Feng Shui expert from The Secret, and Dr. Sue Morter, Motivational and Spiritual Energy expert. I learned so much about the power of forgiveness–literally how it strengthens your body–kinesiology, Feng Shui power placement desk positions, positive thoughts and more!

Powerful Subconscious Energy
How do I fuel my subconscious with powerful energy and energize my ideas into reality?
Breath work, along with envisioning, are priceless for manifesting our visions.
Close your eyes, breathe in slowly, through your nose, hold for 10 counts, and exhale through your nose.
Envision breathing in through the top of your head, having the energy swirl into your body, then slowly out your feet. Next breath, breathe in through your feet, then exhale through top of head, visualizing your sparkling light showering around you like an effervescent bubble.
Repeat the directions and visualize the ideas and desires that you want to experience.

“Oh Man Times Are Tight!” And Other Discouraging Words
In between the TV news, headlines, and the economy, we sure do get showered with fear, lack and limitation! Yes we'd like to have more, live better and struggle less. (read more) I know I would. Where is that money tree? I know I planted it somewhere?
Yes, money, cash flow, and financial security can provide us freedom form struggle–but so can a "feeling"! "Pshhh-shaw!" you may say, but it's true! Feeling the freedom of being unencumbered— of "having" "enjoying" "spending" "receiving" "sharing" "benefitting" from money, wealth and abundance is the same vibrational frequency of really having it. the Universe does now know the difference between pretend and our experiences–only what we think about the experience. So train yourself to "feel" differently.
One goal is to try to maintain a balance of gratitude while in the midst of being challenged. Despair, lack and worry are all very low vibrating energies. And for many of us, they are a very real constant in our lives. However, if we can just try–for only a few minutes a day–to remember to focus on what we do have–our family, our loved ones, our friends, our gardens, cars, health, pets, good weather…anything–it automatically sends out an electrical signal of attracting the experience. Yet our emotional reactions to this "pretend" can actually block our receiving a good experience when we don't allow a heartfelt space to be open to possibility, abundance, divine flow, wealth, etc.
Look around nature–see abundance in all living things. Anchor the knowingness that there is enough of everything for everyone–in the world–and refuse to buy into any limitation.
Be calm, centered and serene for a few a moments a day and give thanks for all you have, and will have, and accept it in the present moment.
Everything that makes you happy, creative and fulfilled you deserve! So relish your desires as divine prompts of faith –you will create an automatic attraction of abundance when you do!
